  • Initial assessment: We begin each executive coaching engagement with an assessment of the client’s needs and work style to identify strengths and opportunities for growth.
  • One-on-one coaching: With a Starboard coach, you’ll have a strategic partner with whom you can share your challenges and then strategize solutions that are a good fit for you and your organization.
  • Ongoing development: At the end of each session, you and your coach will agree upon homework or action steps to be taken. You’ll refine your goals and create new ones based on feedback and learning, addressing challenging operational and strategic issues as they unfold.
